Muzaffar Khakimov

Muzaffar Khakimov has extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since July 2009, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises in Central Asia and Mongolia. Prior to this role, Khakimov worked as a Relationship Manager for Corporate Clients at The Royal Bank of Scotland in Uzbekistan from October 2007 to June 2009. Khakimov also gained valuable experience at JSC Pakhta Bank, where positions included Head of Credit Risk Management Department and Senior Loan Officer from June 2000 to June 2005. Educationally, Khakimov earned an MBA in Finance from the International University of Japan between 2005 and 2007, where involvement included serving as IM-Council President and a Business Communications Teaching Assistant.
