Natalia Pascual is a seasoned professional in the field of training and protection within humanitarian contexts, currently serving as a Training Officer at the European Asylum Support Office since October 2019, responsible for designing and implementing various training pathways. Prior to this role, Natalia was the DRR/CCCM regional capacity building focal point with IOM - UN Migration from February 2018 to October 2019, and served as a Protection Specialist for the Norwegian Refugee Council between 2016 and October 2019, leading the protection strategy for disaster preparedness projects in Central America. Natalia holds a Licenciatura in Political Science and Government from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, an Official Master's degree in Development and International Cooperation from Universidad del País Vasco, and completed the International Program for Development Evaluation Training at Carleton University.
