Roger Kaiser

Roger Kaiser has extensive experience in tax and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Tax and Compliance and Senior Policy Adviser at the European Banking Federation since March 1999. Additionally, Roger is a member of the Steering Committee of EFIPPP at Europol since October 2020. Prior to this, Roger held the position of Honorary Advisor to the Belgian Finance Ministry from January 1992 to February 1999, contributing as an adviser at the Directorate General for Corporation Tax and leading the Taxation Unit for Brussels' financial intermediaries. Roger holds a Master's Degree in Business Engineering, Economics from HEC Liège, a Master's Degree in Taxation from Ichec Brussels Management School, and an International Post-graduate degree in European Tax Law from Université Bourgogne Europe. Educational background also includes attendance at Collège Saint François-Xavier in Verviers, Belgium.
