PM Devaiah joined Everstone in 2007 as General Counsel. He leads Everstone’s legal and compliance team in their advisory work across investments, diligence, risk and day-to-day operations. Devaiah has over 25 years of experience across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, power, IT services, FMCG, manufacturing, private equity, real estate and multimodal transport. He previously worked for multinational and leading businesses including Tata Projects, Hindustan Unilever, Carlyle Group, ICICI Venture and BPL, an IT and telecommunications company in India. Devaiah holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the University of Mysore.
