David Heckendorf

David Heckendorf has extensive experience in financial systems and billing operations. David started their career as a Financial Systems Analyst at ATI and then moved on to roles as a Senior Financial Systems Administrator at American General Life Companies, MediaOne, and Comcast Cable. David then joined Spectrum as a Manager of Financial Systems, leading projects in technology solutions and ERP design/implementation/migration. At AT&T Broadband, they worked as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst before transitioning to AT&T as a Manager of Finance - Billing Operations. Currently, they are working at EVgo as the Director of Business Integration, where they focus on change management, business process implementation, and systems and data analysis.

David Heckendorf obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business between 1991 and 1995. In 2016, they enrolled in UCLA Extension's Technical Management Program, where they are currently pursuing further education.
