Mathew's earlier career includes positions as a Human Resources Business Partner at Brand Growth Inc., where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition for a large workforce, and as a Human Resources Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, focusing on strategic recruiting. Mathew's military experience includes a deployment with the US Army Field Artillery, conducting numerous combat missions. Mathew holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from East Carolina University, where involvement as a Resident Advisor fostered team-building and community engagement.
