Stephen Podrasky

Stephen Podrasky, MBA, is a seasoned compliance and operations executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Deputy Compliance Officer and Managing Director of Compliance at Evolent Health since July 2018. Podrasky has held multiple leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Configuration Quality Assurance and Provider Reimbursement, overseeing vendor operations, ensuring contract compliance for provider-sponsored Medicaid health plans, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in significant efficiency gains. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Optum and UnitedHealth Group, where Podrasky achieved substantial reductions in provider complaints and claims issues while successfully managing compliance-related challenges.
