Douglas Kramp is a Managing Partner of Dallas-based private equity firm ReignRock Capital Partners. He brings a wealth of experience to Evolon, and has a track record of leading, operating, and transforming public and privately held companies in industries varying from fashion accessories and home services to telecommunications and internet security. Previous experience includes Senior VP, Special Markets, Digital Direct and Marketing for Fossil, as well as serving as CEO of ZixMail.com, an internet security company Kramp took public along with two other executives.
Kramp graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Geology.
