Beth Heintzelman Sehgal is an accomplished executive coach with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at The Leadership Consortium and BoardProspects, Beth also coaches and facilitates sessions for women leaders at Chief and works with leaders at all levels through Sounding Board, Inc. Additionally, Beth is the Founder and Executive Coach at Accelerate Advisory and has held roles in diversity and inclusion at Kearney. Beth’s advisory contributions include serving on the Board for OurOffice, Inc., and coaching Executive MBA students at NYU Stern School of Business. Notable past involvement includes membership on the World Economic Forum's Council for Advancing Racial and Ethnic Equity. Beth holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia, along with coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the NeuroLeadership Institute.
