Marcos E. has extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Marcos started their career at DHL as a Logistics Manager, where they supervised and controlled all logistic activities and implemented new ERP systems. Marcos then moved to Continental Automotive Systems, where they worked as a Production Planning & Logistics Controlling Manager and later as a Business Development Senior Manager. Marcos was responsible for master production planning, coordination with various departments, and customer business development. Marcos also worked at Tecnitoys Juguetes as a Senior Operations Manager and later as a Procurement Senior Manager, focusing on supplier development and cost analysis. Marcos then joined AVANTI Wind Systems as a Supply Chain Manager, handling end-to-end supply chain operations and procurement. In their most recent role, Marcos served as EVP Global Head of Supply Chain at Evotec, leading procurement, logistics, facilities, and engineering functions. Marcos implemented e-procurement tools and processes and designed a global agile supply chain organization. Marcos also served as the Global Head of Procurement and Logistics at Evotec, where they led the procurement transformation and coordinated global coordination and negotiation for investments and spending analysis.
