Wenyi Zheng

Wenyi Zheng is a dedicated professional in the field of gene therapy and drug delivery, currently serving as a Project Intern at Chiesi Nordic since September 2024, focusing on technical support related to gene editing tools. As a Research Specialist and Postdoctoral Researcher at Karolinska Institutet since April 2020, Wenyi Zheng has developed innovative strategies for gene therapy using exosomes, lipid nanoparticles, and adeno-associated viruses. Concurrently, a Researcher at Evox Therapeutics Ltd, expertise in protein engineering for therapeutic applications is utilized. Additionally, as a Scientific Consultant for Eager Information Inc., highlights of the latest scientific articles in basic and clinical research are provided. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Karolinska Institutet, where research focused on the role of erythropoietin in cancer metastasis.
