Dorothy Radlicz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations across various sectors, including nonprofit, food manufacturing, and retail. As General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing at EWTN RC since January 2016, Dorothy has successfully overseen significant business growth and managed a team of over 30 personnel. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Fatima Foods, where Dorothy introduced gluten-free baked goods to the US market, and Director of Bakery Operations & Merchandising at Natural Markets Food Group, establishing retail bakery operations. Dorothy's career also includes senior leadership positions at Dawn Food Products, Chabaso Bakery, and VIBRANT Technologies, among others. Academically, Dorothy holds an MBA in marketing and finance from Rutgers University and various culinary qualifications, demonstrating a multifaceted expertise in both business and culinary arts.
