Brian Tsai

Brian Tsai is a Senior Screening Solutions Specialist at Exact Sciences, having joined the company in January 2020 following a merit and experience-based promotion. Additionally, Brian serves as a Candidate Guidance Officer for the United States Naval Academy, where the role involves seeking, motivating, mentoring, and interviewing candidates for appointment. Previously, Brian worked as a Project Officer in the US Navy, overseeing over $1.25 million in repairable parts and managing operations for multiple work centers from May 2016 to January 2020. Earlier in the Navy, Brian held the position of Division Officer, responsible for supervising and training a division of over 50 personnel. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the United States Naval Academy, graduating in 2016.
