Alexander Lemiasheuski

Alexander Lemiasheuski has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Alexander began their career at Elilink Consulting as a Software Engineer in 2004 and then moved on to work at Agat-System as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Team Lead at Abaxia. Alexander then joined HTC as a Project Manager and RD Lead from 2009 to 2012. After that, they worked at Synesis as a Project Manager for a year before joining Exadel in 2013. At Exadel, they held various roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Senior Delivery Manager, Head of Practices, and Delivery Director. In 2020, they co-founded Sorokin&Lemiasheuski and worked as a Coach, Consultant, and Co-founder.

Alexander Lemiasheuski obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2009. Alexander also holds an Engineer's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same university, completed from 2001 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the following: Certified SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer, Professional Scrum with Kanban, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Scaled Professional Scrum, Professional Agile Leadership, Certified LeSS Basics (CLB), Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I).
