Phil Martin has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Phil is currently the Portfolio CEO at Exaktera. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder of RADical Hope Foundation. Phil also worked at Novanta Inc., where they served as the Group President of Novanta Photonics and President of Synrad. Before that, they were the General Manager at Fluke Corporation and the Senior VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at ASHCROFT INC. Phil also held roles at Meriam Process Technologies, Emerson, Fisher Regulator, Emerson Corporate, and Corning, Inc.
Phil Martin has an AB degree in Math and Computer Science from Dartmouth College. Phil also obtained an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
