Daiga Cobby

Daiga Cobby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Daiga is currently the Chief People Officer at EXANTE, where they lead a team responsible for talent acquisition, learning and development, administration/operations, and HR business partnerships. Prior to this, Daiga worked at Pedersen & Partners as the Head of Technology Practice for the Middle East and Africa region, where they built professional networks and provided talent acquisition services for technology companies and FinTech startups. Daiga also has experience at Microsoft, where they held various roles including General Manager/Head of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe and Head of Business Operations. Daiga'searlier experience includes sales and marketing roles at Telia Datainfo and a direct sales channel management role at Tele2.

Daiga Cobby has an extensive education history. Daiga completed Executive MBA programs at multiple prestigious institutions including Kellogg's School of Management (USA), INSEAD (France), and Henley Business School (UK) from 2008 to 2010. During this program, they focused on leadership, business management, strategic marketing, change management, and innovations.

Before that, Daiga Cobby obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in International Economics and Business Management from the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management, and Economics, which they attended from 1997 to 1999.
