Johan Lundqvist has a background in HR, with experience in various companies such as Symetri Europe, BoKlok, and Skanska. At BoKlok, Johan was responsible for establishing and leading the HR function within the Skanska Group. Prior to that, as Nordic HR Manager at Skanska, Johan developed HR strategies to support the company's new strategic direction. Johan holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Lund University and completed the Skanska Executive Management Program at IMD in 2017.
