Rachel Taback is a seasoned client success professional with extensive experience in managing relationships across mid-market and large enterprise organizations. Currently serving as Client Director at ExecOnline since February 2019, Rachel handles product delivery, optimization, and contract renewals. Previously, Rachel held roles such as Director of Client Success, where Rachel established and managed a new implementation team, and Senior Manager and Client Success Manager at Omdia, with a focus on the TMT sectors. A strong background in project management and research analysis was further developed through positions at Third Bridge Group Limited and IFEMA. Rachel's educational achievements include a Master of Science in International Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and additional degrees in international management from prestigious institutions in Mexico and Spain.
