Jose Hurtado

Jose Hurtado is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessment Analyst at Exelon since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at ComEd, where Jose worked as an Engineer focused on Engineering Standards and Applications, as well as positions as an Associate Engineer in the Relay and Protection Engineering and NERC Compliance Department, and as a Powerbase Engineer. Earlier in the career, Jose held the role of Service Engineer at Allstate, along with various internships at ComEd, gaining valuable experience in transmission, substation testing, and relay engineering. Jose holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northern Illinois University and a high school diploma from Addison Trail High School.
