Aditya Chaturvedi

Aditya Chaturvedi has over 17 years of extensive experience in consulting and operations, currently serving as Vice President and Client Partner at EXL since April 2006. In this role, Aditya focuses on advising clients on future operating models, identifying digital solutions, and enhancing customer experience while leading initiatives in AI, automation, and analytics. Previous positions at EXL include Senior Assistant Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed revenue generation, knowledge asset development, and capability program implementation. Aditya's career began at Wipro BPS and Deltaworld Telesystems, where technical support and customer service roles were undertaken. Aditya holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Sc. from the University of Allahabad.
