Gaurav Agrawal

Gaurav Agrawal serves as the Global Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Exotel since December 2016, where efforts focus on creating a reliable, low latency tech-first telecom operator with resilient infrastructure. Previously, Gaurav was the Vice President of Operations and Head of Global Carrier Partnerships at Twitter from August 2015 to November 2016, leading initiatives to enhance cost efficiencies and user acquisition in the Indian market. Gaurav's experience includes roles as Product Marketing Manager at ZipDial and Project Manager at Goldman Sachs, as well as a Senior Consultant with Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
