Dan Zariski

Dan Zariski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as the Vice President of Litigation at Expedia Group since January 2011, Zariski oversees a global portfolio of litigation and disputes, including matters related to tax, consumer class actions, antitrust, and intellectual property. Prior to this role, Zariski was an attorney at Wolfe Wrenn & Zariski, focusing on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. Zariski also served as a shareholder at Heller Ehrman LLP, handling consumer protection and product liability class actions, and was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where responsibilities included defending consumer class actions.
