Liz Schroeder

Liz (Limpel) Schroeder is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Sr Director, HRBP Lead at Expedia Group since April 2021, where a partnership with the Chief Product Officer focuses on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Prior experience includes roles as Global HR Partner at Facebook, Founder and Consultant at Centrality, and Global HR Leader at Amazon, where significant contributions were made to enhance HR strategies and processes across various sectors. Liz's career began with positions at Johnson Outdoors, Emerson Climate Technologies, Johnson Controls, and Baird, building a solid foundation in human resources. Liz holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Human Resources from Lubar College of Business, complemented by professional training from SeattleCoach and the Disney Institute.
