Kaushik Ghoshal

Kaushik (Bobby) Ghoshal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology, operations, and commercial leadership within prominent organizations. Currently serving as President at Experity since August 2025, Ghoshal previously held multiple senior roles at ResMed from April 2012 to August 2025, including Chief Commercial Officer for the SaaS division, President of the SaaS Business Unit, and Chief Technology Officer. Ghoshal also managed IT functions as VP of IT for the Americas and led significant acquisition integrations for the company. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Brightree and various managerial positions at Freescale Semiconductor, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, business intelligence, and internet solutions. Ghoshal holds an MBA in High Technology from Arizona State University and a BTech in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
