Maverick Adams currently serves as the Customer Service Manager at Exploding Kittens, Inc., where responsibilities include fostering a productive work environment, managing social media interactions, tracking mobile app bugs, and analyzing social media performance. Previously, Maverick held various roles at Airbnb, including Project Coordinator for the Love Team, where assistance was provided to VIP users and the delivery of gift experiences was managed for high-profile clients. Maverick also led the Regional Head of the LGBTQ Employee Resource Group, promoting inclusivity within the company, and excelled as a CX Specialist.
