Currently serving as Corporate Pastry Chef at Explora Journeys since July 2022, Christophe previously held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from August 2016 to July 2022, and was part of the pre-opening team at St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort from September 2011 to June 2016. Notable accolades during this period include Best Afternoon Tea and Best Brunch awards in 2014-2015, and a nomination for Best Pastry Chef at Gourmet Abu Dhabi in 2014. Earlier career milestones include executive roles at Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, and consulting for Michel Troigros, as well as foundational positions in renowned establishments such as Joel Antunes Restaurant and Le Meridien Etoile Paris.
