Allen Todd serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Partnerships and Initiatives at Health Literacy Media since October 2014. Prior roles include Community Policy and Engagement Director at FOCUS St. Louis, Director of Patient Education & Advocacy at the Global Healthy Living Foundation, and Director of Policy and Advocacy at The Sheridan Group. Allen Todd also held the position of Executive Director at the Missouri Coalition for Lifesaving Cures, Administrative Director in the Office of Congressman Russ Carnahan, and Campaign Manager for Russ Carnahan for Congress. Earlier experience includes Director of Policy and Planning at the Missouri Office of Homeland Security and Voter Contact Director with the Missouri Democratic Party. Allen Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1996 and 2000.
