Prior to that, in 2019 and 2020, they participated in the Sputnik Photos Mentoring Programme, focusing on documentary photography. In 2003 and 2004, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Psychology for Managers at Kozminski University. Their educational journey began at the University of Gdansk, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from 1992 to 1997.
In addition to their formal education, Sławomir Pliszka has also obtained several certifications. Sławomir completed the SALESmanago CDP Marketing Automation certification from SALESmanago in March 2022.
