Natalie is Expro’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to the combing with Frank's International, she held the position of Senior Vice President for three years at Frank's.
She previously served as the director of global total rewards and HRIS, overseeing global compensation and benefit strategy, equity programs, payroll, HRIS, global mobility programs, and other related functions for three years.
Natalie has over 20 years of experience working with global benefit plans and talent management at various companies, including Transocean, Sysco and Chevron. She holds a BA in Spanish and International Business from St. Edward’s University in Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
