Mike Daser

Mike Daser, PHRi, is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as SVP of Human Resources at Pure Technology Inc. and as Founder & Principal Consultant at Hearth HR since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Fractional Human Resources Leader & Strategic Advisor at Castle HR, Human Resources Director for the Manufacturing Division at Global Furniture Group, and People and Culture Manager at GreenSpace Brands. Earlier in the career, Mike held various human resources management positions at Legrand, North America, and Target, and began in the industry as a Store Manager at Starbucks. Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University and has furthered expertise with a diploma in Human Resources Management from Talent Management Alliance and a Micro MBA from Phil Young Consulting.
