Matt Flamini

Matt Flamini recently joined Infor as Chief Financial Officer. He brings world-class operational and investment capabilities honed through his long tenure with Infor’s parent company, Koch Industries. Most recently, Matt served as President of Koch Equity Development—Koch Industries’ acquisition and investment subsidiary—which he helped build from the ground up. Matt’s previous roles at Koch have been either as a CFO or leading corporate development for Koch portfolio companies. Previously, he was a director in the transaction services/mergers & acquisitions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He started his career at Coopers and Lybrand in Philadelphia.
