Nick Flesher has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nick began their career in 2001 as the Director of Guest Services at SpringHill. In 2002, they worked as a Field Service Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox. From 2003 to 2012, Nick worked as a Sales Engineer at TUV SUD America. In 2012, they joined Extol, Inc. where they held various roles including Project Manager, Laboratory Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Engineering. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Technology and Innovation at Extol, Inc.
Nick Flesher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University between 1997 and 2001. Nick later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Davenport University, completing it between 2015 and 2018. In March 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
