Rick Noecker

Rick Noecker is a highly experienced Principal Engineer specializing in Welding and Inspection at ExxonMobil since February 2022. With a strong background in materials integrity, Noecker previously served as the Materials and Corrosion Engineering Supervisor at ExxonMobil Pipeline Co, overseeing over 3,000 miles of pipelines and 43 fuel terminals. Rick's notable roles also include coordinating technical engagements with the US DOT PHMSA for the Alaska LNG Pipeline and leading teams in materials and fabrication at ExxonMobil's Upstream Research Company and Development Company. An Alumnus of Lehigh University, Noecker holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and possesses extensive leadership experience in both civilian and military capacities, including service as an Aircraft Munitions Officer in the United States Air Force.
