Kaitlyn Smith is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Strategic Account Executive in the Emerging Brands Division at ezCater since April 2019, where roles have included Senior Account Executive positions in both Caterer Partnerships and Commercial Sales. Prior experience includes Event Sales Manager and Associate Sales Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, as well as Catering Sales Manager at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks, managing all aspects of catered functions and client relationships. Earlier roles include Food & Beverage Manager at The Battery Wharf Hotel, overseeing restaurant operations and staff management, and Food Beverage Coordinator at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, providing exceptional guest service and support for private events. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Bay State College and an Associate’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from SUNY Morrisville.
