Maxim Kalinovich has over 10 years of experience in product management and internet marketing. In 2010, they began working as an Internet Marketing Manager and Technical Director at Kovalchuk Business-Direct Center. In 2012, they moved to Together Networks Limited as a Growth Product Manager where they were responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization, creating new types of funnels for web and mobile online dating services, and developing, updating, testing and improving promo materials. In 2016, they began working as a Software Product Manager at Macshiny. In 2017, they were a Project and Product Manager Mobile at Livekick.com. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Product Manager at EZ Texting where they are responsible for full-cycle product development, managing a scrum team of 11, and running successful transformations to make the company the first one to offer the latest available messaging technology.

Maxim Kalinovich obtained a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b in 2009.
