Jon Gonzalez is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, and management. Currently serving as F-35 JPO Modification Manager at the F-35 Joint Program Office since May 2023, Jon supports various worldwide installations for U.S. aircraft weapon systems. With a history at Fleet Readiness Center East from July 2014, Jon has held roles as F-35 Planner & Estimator and F-35 Rapid Response Artisan, focusing on aircraft modifications and low observable coatings. Previous positions include F-35 Maintainer at Lockheed Martin and Project Manager Team Lead at AECOM, showcasing strong leadership and mechanical expertise. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University and associate degrees from Craven Community College in Aviation Technology and General Education.
