Currently serving as an Interpersonal Performance Coach at F3EA, Inc. since May 2021, Marcus also holds the position of CEO at Solid Oak Survival, LLC, a company founded in July 2014. Marcus's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from American Military University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College. Retired from Special Operations Forces in December 2022, Marcus combines military expertise with business acumen to enhance interpersonal performance and survival strategies.
