Poonam Singh Chauhan has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles. Poonam started their career at NIS Sparta Ltd. in 2002, where they worked in training and recruitment, including scaling up operations and building business proposals. In 2006, they moved on to Subhiksha Trading Services Limited as the Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing HR processes and executing talent acquisition strategies. Since 2008, they have been with FABINDIA LIMITED (formerly Fabindia Overseas Pvt. Ltd.), starting as a Manager of Talent Acquisition, and progressing to Senior Manager, Head of Corporate HR and Training, and ultimately Chief People Officer. In their most recent role, they work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute talent management strategies, organizational performance management systems, and reward and recognition programs.
Poonam Singh Chauhan holds a Certificate of Program in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, studied for a Master of Science (MSc) degree at Jiwaji University from 1996 to 1998, and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Dayalbagh Educational Institute from 1993 to 1996.
