Karl Dorwart

Karl Dorwart is currently the Vice President and Head of Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer Staples at Factor, where expertise is directed toward providing biotech companies with legal frameworks and operational processes to enhance contracting speed in R&D and Procurement. Prior to this role, Karl served as Senior Director at FTI Consulting, leading the Contracts Intelligence Business Development initiative, and held various managerial positions at Axiom, focusing on the life sciences sector. Earlier experience includes specialized roles in attorney placement, as well as litigation within several law firms. Karl holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a B.S. in Environmental Policies, Institutions, and Behavior from Rutgers University.
