Vanessa Girard

Vanessa Girard has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director of Training & Development at FAENA since June 2017. Previous roles at FAENA include Quality & Training Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Group Sales Manager, and Guest Recognition Manager, along with an internship in Rooms Division. Earlier experience includes an internship in Food and Beverage with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and a cross-training internship at Institut Paul Bocuse encompassing various roles in multiple restaurant and hotel settings. Vanessa also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Canadian Consulate General. Vanessa holds dual bachelor's degrees in International Hotel and Foodservice Management from Institut Paul Bocuse and International Hotel and Restaurant Management from Université Jean Moulin, and completed high school with a Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Science at the French International School Victor Segalen in Hong Kong.
