Amy Haneline

Amy Haneline, M.Ed., CPTM, is an accomplished training and development leader with extensive experience in the educational sector. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Learning Care Group since January 2005, Amy oversees the design and execution of comprehensive training programs while setting performance metrics and creating strategic development plans. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Developer and Training Manager, focusing on training program implementation and alignment with corporate initiatives. Amy began a career at Kamaaina Kids, where responsibilities included designing training for new hires and managing camp operations. Amy holds a Master's degree in Literacy Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State University.
