Rogelio Calderon possesses extensive experience in training, development, and behavioral health management. As the Director of Training and Development at Southwest Network since December 2014, Rogelio focuses on fostering a culture of learning. Prior roles include Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix from July 2012 to March 2023, where Rogelio taught various psychology courses, and Site Administrator at PEOPLE OF COLOR NETWORK, overseeing the operations of a behavioral health clinic.
