Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Steelite International since August 2023, Gerrit has previously held the position of Sales Director at The Hospitality Advisory from January 2023 to August 2023. Prior to this, Gerrit worked at The Wasserstrom Company for nearly 21 years in various roles including Director of Sales Hospitality, Group Sales Manager, and Regional Account Manager. Gerrit began the career as an Account Manager at ARAMARK from January 1999 to March 2001. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business from George Mason University (1999-2001) and Bachelor's degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State University (1987-1991).
