Henrik Poulsen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in advisory and board roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at A.P. Moller Holding and in multiple leadership positions such as Chair of the Board of Directors at Faerch Group and Carlsberg Group, as well as Vice Chair of the Board at Novo Nordisk, Henrik holds significant influence in corporate governance. Additional roles include membership on boards for Novo Holdings and Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, with a history of leadership as CEO of Ørsted and Deputy Chair at ISS A/S and Kinnevik AB. Henrik Poulsen holds a Master of Science in Finance from Aarhus University, earned between 1988 and 1994.
