John Griffin

John Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John currently holds the position of Managing Director and Executive Search & Recruiting Practice Leader at Fahrenheit Advisors, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dominion Payroll Services, where they held roles as VP of Client Experience from August 2021 to April 2022, and as Chief Operating Officer from June 2016 to August 2021.

Before joining Dominion Payroll Services, John worked at Capital One, where they served as Enterprise Supplier Management from December 2012 to June 2016, and as a Recruiting Manager from January 2011 to December 2012. Additionally, they have experience as Director of Operations at Synigent Technologies from January 2005 to January 2011, as an Account Executive at ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions from August 2003 to January 2005, and as a Senior IT Recruiter at Apex Systems, Inc. from January 2001 to August 2003.

John Griffin attended James Madison University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2013, they attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business for Executive Education, specifically completing a Mini MBA program.
