Norm Boerger has extensive experience in education and athletic coaching, currently serving as the FNA-Johnson O'Malley Family Services Coordinator at Lathrop High School since August 2023. Previous roles include positions at The Home Depot as an Associate from April 2022 to June 2023 and a significant tenure at Boys and Girls Home and Family Services, Inc., where Norm served as a Teacher and Coach from August 2012 to January 2023. Additional experience includes teaching and technology roles at Lower Kuskokwim School District from 1992 to 2009, and teaching at Quinhagak School and Chevak High School earlier in the career. Norm holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Concordia University, Nebraska, acquired between 1977 and 1979.

FNA’s programs serve men, women, youth, children and elders to Alaskans of all races with some programs targeted to serve Alaska Natives.
