Hal Barge is currently the Vice President & General Manager at Fairlead Integrated, where Hal oversees the development of custom shipboard electrical systems. Prior to this role, Hal served as the Director of Operations at Oceaneering and as the Mission Assurance Manager at Northrop Grumman. Hal has an extensive background in the US Navy, where Hal held various positions including Submarine Officer, Director of Maintenance & Material Readiness, and Commanding Officer of the USS MICHIGAN. Hal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
