Catherine Foster is a seasoned leader in faith-based organizations, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Families First since October 2023. Previously, Catherine held the position of Associate Pastor for Mission & Discipleship at Shallowford Presbyterian Church from June 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included acting as Head of Staff and overseeing a staff of 16 while managing the operations of a 1,000-member community. Significant achievements include executing a change management strategy that improved hiring processes. Earlier roles include Associate Pastor for Young Adults at First Presbyterian Church of Nashville, where Catherine established a new department for young adults, and Lilly Endowment Resident Pastor for Large Organization Leadership at First Presbyterian Church of Dallas, focusing on public speaking and non-profit leadership. Catherine holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary.
