Emily Inglis, PHR, currently serves as VP of People at Fanatics, overseeing key HR functions including Engagement, Internal Communications, and Talent Development. Prior to this role, Emily held several senior HR leadership positions, including Sr. Director of People at Recharge Payments and Root Inc., where responsibilities encompassed strategic partnership and employee engagement initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Lyft as Head of Engagement and at Twitter as Sr. Manager of Internal Communications, where Emily co-founded the #TwitterParents employee resource group. Emily also co-founded MOR, a consulting firm focused on inclusion practices, and has held HR positions at leading companies such as PepsiCo and Google. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Miami University.
