Kelly Otis

Kelly Otis is an experienced professional in grant management and communications, currently serving as Grants Manager at FareStart since September 2019. Prior roles include Donor Communications and Grants Manager at New Beginnings, and Grantwriter at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, where extensive work focused on securing funding for youth development programs.
